grandchase online help! i regularly got stranded on dungeons loading screen?

men i wish to play grand chase!
I can’t come in dungeons and pvp bedrooms I regularly got stranded on the loading shade i need to press ctrl+alt+del to close the window. the use room and the play ground was operative only fine.
I already infirm the firewall and antivirus, but same thing happens again.
could someone greatfully assistance me!

Hm, I dont know whats the complaint if you infirm your firewalls….
It happened to me similar to a year ago as well, umm if you have a router, try switching the DMZ on or off, it infrequently work, differently hit a tech forum
